　　那是六年前的事了。那一天，烈日炎炎，知了在大树上叫着。妈妈和爸爸出去办事了。我独自一人在家里，因为闲着没事儿，我就打开电视机，看电视。我按到一个英语频道CCTV-9。看到老师的英语那么流利、动听，我不禁赞叹：多么好的英语呀，要是我也能练成那样一口好英语，那该多好啊！从此以后，只要一有空，我就看英语频道CCTV-9。虽然我不懂这些英语，但你只要用心去听，就会听出其中之美了。渐渐地，我喜欢上了英语，也懂了一些最基本的单词。爸爸妈妈见我对英语这么感兴趣，就买了一些英语卡片和英语书，鼓励我要好好学英语。这样，我对学英语的'信心也就更足了。

　　5岁时，我上了幼儿园小班，开始学起了英语。我为我以前学过英语而感到自豪，不免有些骄傲的情绪，但我压抑住了，更加努力学习英语。过了三年，我离开了幼儿园，来到了充满生机的小学。在学校里，爸爸给我报了剑桥英语班。在班里，我学习十分刻苦。无论是严寒，还是酷暑，我每天都早起，坚持念半个小时。有时我生了病，但要是那一天有英语课，我就算发高烧，也要去上，因此，我取得了优异的成绩，在菱湖区口语比赛中得了个人一等奖，在湖州市团体比赛中，得了三等奖，受到了老师的表扬，父母的称赞，同学的羡慕。
