I used to feel pressured to do well in exams. I was so afraid of falling behind that I kept thinking about studying every minute of the day. The pressure made me out of breath. To my disappointment, the more worried I was about my studies, the less efficient I became.
Later, I realized I just took pressure too seriously. So I tried taking things easy by taking part in various activities out of class, enjoying music and even daydreaming about fun things. To my delight, this worked! Gradually, I became less anxious about exams and began to take pleasure in my studies.
Pressure cannot be avoided. What counts is how to deal with it properly, and above all, how to turn it into pleasure or challenge.

无情的铃声响了,考场中寂静如坟,大地上的空气仿佛霎时间凝固了.我,面对那张冷冰冰的试卷,低声哀叹.
因为这是第一次英语考试,没有一点经验,所以我开始犯难了,我想给监考老师肚子疼,一好逃过一劫,5分钟过去了........10分钟过去了........经过我大脑的激烈斗争,我决定赌一把.尽管笔试部分已经做完了,但我的心仍象兔子一样,好象马上就会蹦出来.我试图让自己平静下来.可是无论怎样都做不到.我目不转睛的盯在试卷上.偶尔看看正在做试卷的同学们,只见同学们也眉头紧锁,屏声呼气.为了使我在人生的第一次成绩,所以我大胆的'决定再重新做一遍,说干就干,我将写过的答米毫秒度案一题题全部都给擦了，刚开始做的时候,还算顺利,可渐渐的我便陷入思考的圆圈中,怎么跳都跳不出来.时间一分一秒的流逝.眼见就要收试卷了,我赶忙随便填了一个答案教了上去.卷子被收走了.我的心也提到了喉咙眼.....................
试卷发下来了,同学们都欢天喜地炫耀着成绩,但我低低藏藏,我只考了80分.哎,真如大人们的一句话呀;专头不顾腚啊!
虽然我的成绩并不怎么好,但是第一次英语考试,谢谢你,你让我勇敢的迈出第一步,战胜了我自己.战胜了我对英语的恐惧!

一年一度的英语节盛大开幕了！今年的英语节里有许多丰富多彩的活动等着我们，让人不免有些小期待呢！
星期一，学校大门附近铺上了一条长长的红毯来迎接我们，我们所有人都穿了靓丽、最特殊的服装，有些人穿的是形态各异的动漫人物服装；有些人穿了蕴含浓郁中国风的古装；有的人穿的.是其它国家的服装；我们班里有人穿了蜘蛛侠的服装；有人穿的是日本人的服装；有人穿的是哈利波特的服装；而我却穿了件风度翩翩的红色西装，特别神气。昔日里一直关着的大屏幕上出现了一张红毯的图片。我刚到就看见一大群人在学校门口，不知道为什么被堵在外面，有些人焦急地问旁边的人：“为什么不让我们进去啊？”而学校里，红毯两侧，好多人端着照相机准备拍照，像准备打仗一样。好多人蜂拥而上，只要一个人走过就有一台照相机闪一下，今天早上，不知闪了多少下。
升旗仪式时，MISS姚教我们绕口令，我就像刚学会说话一般牙牙学语，这可真有趣呀。之后，全班学生跟随着音乐开始跳交谊舞，我变成了一个小绅士。还边唱歌边跳舞。
仅仅周一的活动便令人难忘，这下我更期待接下来几天的活动了呢。

once upon a time. there was a house. beside the house there was a bird cage. one day a cat went to eat the bird, so the cat jumped and hit the bird cage.
the bird cage fell down to the ground knocking the bird cage's door open. the bird then flew away. so the cat started to chase the bird and the dog chased the cat. however the bird flew on top of the tree. so the cat started to climb the tree and the dog barked at the cat. before the cat could reach the bird, the bird flew away. this caused the cat to fall out of the tree.
the dog then ran away, the bird quickly flew back into his cage and the man from the house carried him safely home.

Yellow is very lively and fun. When the yellow is very excited, it shook his tail to play its good show: sometimes at home to move west jump, sometimes desperately shaking the tail, sometimes with the claws flutter our legs asked to hold.
Yellow naive cute. We love very yellow.
